The raw material needn’t to be frozen in advance. Ensure the product quality and uniform size. The raw material would be compressed to the greatest extent before cutting. The speed of cutting is about 50-120times/min.
One-hand operating system makes the operation much more convenient. Use one-hand round wrench to control the sliding compression of inlet cover. The operator can take out the material and put them in the feeding port with her left hand when the cover is close to the port.
The structure of the compression could save much space. The parts of the machine can be removed easily and it is easy to clean the machine residue in the gap. The machine can work continuously in 5-10℃ and dew environment.
